FF61: How to resize space cache?

How to resize space cache on FF 61 It disappeared from the interface and browser.cache.disk.capacity does not work. Because it comes back to 358400

Yes, Firefox will set the cache size unless you switch the following preference to false:

browser.cache.disk.smart_size.enabled

(That's what the "Override automatic cache management" checkbox changed in older versions.)
