Captcha

Post by MozillaMonkey »

This demon is really starting to bug my ass off!

It started in earnest a few months ago.
Around the same time that I tweaked my Firefox to make it faster.
I started using uBlock Origin as my one and only pop-up filter and
FF is setup to forget cookies at the end of each session.

The biggest complainers are Google, Yahoo, MS, and even my own ISP!
By complain, I mean they refuse to let me do the most basic things until
I have gone through their tortuous Captcha game.

I literally have spent 10+ minutes clicking on endless 'Signs' on the photos,
before giving up in frustration.
It is set up to fail with my system.

Has anyone else here experienced this?
What would you recommend to fix it?

FF is setup to forget cookies at the end of each session.
Have you tried adding those problem sites as exceptions to the cookie deletion?

Revert your tweaks or reset profile or new profile. Could be anything.

I know about ublock but if ublock off it should work so i assume a destroyed profike, start over!

Sorry but pimping without backup and knowledge is not clever.

Ps recaptcha v2 is a matter of google pages and its scripts.
Cookies ofc but until session should not matter, if google is allowed

Yes the captcha with the endless signs, roads, cars, buses, etc. is nuts.
Sometimes go through 8 or more pages before it works or I just give up.
The worst one I encounter is Walmart Pharmacy.
Even folks there could not get me signed in, kept going in an endless loop.
Is there no way to bypass when this happens?
I use uBlock and noScript and think I have each set to not interfere with signing on, (excepted and trusted).

example page? i dont know walmart, so chose another please.
currently i had 4 in a row (instead 1 or 2) but i managed it - maybe wrong clicks but i did.
i also use ublock, but noscript beside ublock is absolutely NO GO. nevertheless the new NS sux.
if you allow cookies then its your ublock settings for that page. as i explained you need google scripts and ofc source page need also scripts. no problem here even when i need to play around with settings on pages i never visited before and want recaptcha.
