Firefox home page

Hello everyone

It's my very first time that i have posted here. I just hope it is in the correct section?

Right, I am using Linux Mint 19 TARA and use the Firefox 62.0(64-bit) Web browser.
What i want is Firefox to display an home page with a number of boxes in which to save a link to a favourite webpage/site.
Could someone tell me where i could find the Firefox home page as described above please.

You might find this extension or a similar one helpful: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... mark-dial/ Read the privacy policy or notes for extensions, I think this one is ok but some have cloud features or send data out.

Do you mean different from the built-in home/new tab page with "Top Sites" tiles? You can pin sites there if you like. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/customize-new-tab-page

My New Tab Pg is "FF Hm Pg Default" (Make YOUR Home Page Same) and is modified to have 64 Top Sites per above Imgur link. Not all are Pinned, but could be.
About:Config ... browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSiteRows = 8 ( or your # choice)

A recent mod from the forum allows me to see this page when the Last Tab is Closed (already see it as a New Tab).

An unwanted Top Site can be Edited (hover cursor over Top Rt corner = 3 dots = Edit) to be a desired Top Site when you want to Pin it but can't make it enter the TS group from normal use (Chg Name and substitute desired URL for unwanted one) . When using a Custom Image label I have to - Edit : Save - the added "custom image" URL - TWICE - to make it show up.
