Change header/footer font size when printing

Post by ponsumkey »

When I'm printing, how do I change the font size of the text that appears in the header/footer? I'm talking about the text like the page number, URL, page title, and other text that I can adjust in File > Page Setup > Margins & Header/Footer.

I see from this thread that it is possible to change the font type based on what is set as Firefox's default, but I can't find a way to change the font size. Changing the default font size doesn't affect the header/footer font size.

I probably haven't looked into it for 7 years now, but I don't think there is a new setting to change the size of those fields.

Can I possibly enlarge the headers and footers in Firefox's "Page Setup" menu to enlarge it so I can see it better...or is it something I'm gonna have to deal with being SO SMALL. | Mozilla Support

If you just needed to change one, you could print to PDF and edit in a PDF editor, but obviously that's not practical for lots of printouts.
