firefox default upload folder
How do you set the firefox default upload folder? It always seems to be stuck on desktop. I NEVER upload files from my desktop. I always upload files from somewhere inside my download folder.

Re: firefox default upload folder
AFAIK, upload (from) directory should be remembered - per site, with a default (perhaps being, Desktop).
Once you change from default, it should stick.
(Likewise with download directory. browser.upload.lastDir & browser.download.lastDir)

Re: firefox default upload folder
Not "uploads" per se, if you want to look at it that way, but say in a forum that allows attachments, you click the Attach button, & the file picker opens up to upload a file to the forum.
The location of the file you chose, say from c:/pics/trains/steam1.jpg, c:/pics/trains/ is remembered for the particular site you uploaded to.

I see. As I recall, for me, Firefox "usually" opens the last used folder.
