Bookmarking a site NEVER works on the first try

I've had this issue since upgrading to Quantum, and before. Whenever I try to bookmark a site, either using Ctrl+D or the button, the operation fails the first time but succeeds upon retrying. Is there any cure?

Restart in Safe Mode & test.

Thanks, therube. I proceeded to follow your advice by instructing Fx to restart w/o add-ons--but instead Fx simply upgraded to v. 63.03--and now the issue seems to be gone!
