Post by alanke »

Hello

Cookies : my setup =
- I accept all cookies
- Every cookie should be deleted when I close Firefox + I have got 20-30 exceptions
It does NOT work, all cookies are still there !?!?!
Did I something wrong ?!

By the way :
- The new design of Options sucks !
- I've had I don't know how many updates since the beginning of 2018 and Firefox does NOT work like before, it's a shame ! And not only the cookies, there are other metters ! Next step = Chrome !?!

What method are you using to clear cookies when you close Firefox? For example:

(1) Set the default lifetime to session only

"Keep until: Firefox is closed"

This honors exceptions.

(2) Set Firefox to clear history when it closes

This does not honor exceptions. If Cookies is selected in the Settings box, they should all be flushed.
