How Do I Backup FF Passwords??
I had backed up key4.db and logins.json from my profile because I had to reinstall ff. After I reinstalled it, I pasted these files in the newly created profile. But my passwords dont show up. Any clues??

Did you paste the files in while Firefox was closed?

If you drag-and-drop the logins.json file onto a Firefox tab (in an empty area that won't upload it anywhere), Firefox should display a structured view of the file so you can see what sites have logins in there. Is it the right file?

Re: How Do I Backup FF Passwords??
If you want to save logins/passwords with Firefox the easiest way is to use Sync. It will automatically pull all of them on any new installs right after you sign back in. Even if you don't want to sync everything you can pick and choose, and only select passwords. It's secure with 2FA if you enable it, so you don't have to worry about security. Other than that you can use a password manager like LastPass.
Do, or do not. There is no try.

Appreciate the help. Think I'll do this manually. Thanks.
