So I came home today, to find that Windows has updated and Firefox did too.
I see that live bookmarks are ... gone. They gave instructions on how to create RSS feeds. However, I had a large number of RSS feeds that I had already bookmarked, and they've been converted to simply regular pages, even changing the URLs back to "generic". I don't want to create new RSS feeds, I just want bring back my old feeds. How do I do that?

Re: Old RSS feeds
When Firefox updated, it should have created an OPML file on your desktop containing your old RSS feeds. Most software that supports RSS can use the OPML file as input. Feedreader for example.
If you want to use them within Firefox, you need an extension, or to temporarily (for 8 months) use Firefox 60 ESR (and then you would have to restore an old backup of your bookmarks - some of these are made automatically, act quickly if you want to follow that path).
