Make sure your date and time are set correctly. Do you use an antivirus or firewall other than Windows Defender? What extensions do you have installed?

99% chance the problem is coming from eset/nod. Has a reputation for being overzealous

To test this, try booting Windows to Safe Mode with Networking and see if the problem is present. That will temporarily remove the security software from the picture.

Hi DanRaisch

when we copy profile folder from %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\ does this break any firefox "security" like certificate etc (i dont know what its called )

because i remember during windows fresh install when we dont have any software, microsoft is thrown "Windows cant open this file" error and automatically open websearch like this
https://www.bing.com/search?form=MO0035 ... e..firefox if im remember,im able to load bing https and open any result pages

after replacing profile folder (%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\) then firefox unable to load bing search and most https site
