When I click search now the next page looks like a normal page:

How can I know that the page / window is a private one? Or how can I keep go on browsing in a private window?
How can I keep go on browsing in a private window?

You can't see it in your screenshot but at the far right of the tab bar you should find an icon of a mask, just like the one to the left of the work "Privates" in your screenshot. If that icon is present you are in a private browsing window.
