Cannot Find Where To Import Bookmarks?

Hi Gang

I've checked everywhere (followed directions) and can't locate how/where to import my Mozilla Book Mark Folders? Version 18.05 - I'm strickly using a Desktop.

Nor can I find the older Top Tool Bar?

Press Alt+V to display the View menu then select Toolbars->choose Menu Bar AND (if you wish) Bookmark Toolbark.

That was very helpful thank you but I still can't find where to import my saved Mozilla book mark folders?

I see 'Bookmarks' Other 'Bookmarks' - Is this where I'd Import? They've removed wordage and the word 'Import'

'Too simple' also takes away from functionality?

You can import bookmarks in the Bookmarks Manager (Library).
Bookmarks -> Show All Bookmarks -> Import & Backup
