Greyed out folders (Linux)

Post by CWM030 »

Hi,

I use pobox.com as my email provider for my domain. ( Pobox is now owned by Fastmail )

I am noticing that I am having alot of greyed out folders with tmp_ in the names .

As shown here:

I am trying to figure out why this is happening and how do I fix this to where I can dump Evolution and go back to Thunderbird?

I emailed my provider and this is what they sent me back?

All of this started happening in Thunderbird as of like over the weekend when I reformatted my computer and reinstalled thunderbird.

I even deleted my .thunderbird file here in Kubuntu 18.04 and re added the account and the same thing happened.

How do I fix this?

Thanks,
Chris

Am I correct in assuming that the account is set up as an IMAP account in Thunderbird?
