Hello:
There is a problem in Youtube, where the picture freeze at 1080p30fps and at 720p60fps and above.
I went to Youtube HTML5, and seen that MSE & WebM VP9 is disabled. But the problem is still there.
I'm using Firefox ESR 60.5.0.
How I can solve this problem?

Anyway, I discovered that this problem occurs only when I watch two videos at the same (The main video at 1080p60fps in a full sized window, and this video at any resolution in a small window). If I watch only the main video at 10080p60fps when the other video isn't active or loaded, there are no problems with picture freezing and dropped frames at all.
