On certain websites, I want my Firefox to not keep any cookies (or to block them altogether). Is this possible.

AFAIK you should be able to block certain cookies (in Linux) by getting into Options/Privacy-security and in the area of cookie settings you should see the button Exceptions ... click it and you should be able to add sites to not allow their cookies.
As for Android... don't know... you might find an addon that has those controls.
