How is it that FF affects MultiFrame?
Or are you saying that MultiFrame no longer correctly controls FF windows?
If you test FF 65.0 or 64 do they still work correctly?
Has MultiFrame updated?
Has Win 10 updated?

In Seamonkey, Edge, Palemoon, and FF 64...hovering mouse at the top of the window (next to minimize) - the Multiframe tool appears, allowing one to move the window to the other monitor (in different sizes, or mazimized) in one mouse click
It is simply "not there" in FF 65.0.1
Multiframe has not updated, Windows - I am sure has
