Always have to Sign in to Sync

When i try to sync in ff, at says "sign n to sync" in the menu all the time. In past profiles I would always be synced. See screen shot. How do I get it to stay signed in all the time like before?

Sync uses the Firefox Password Manager to store its credentials, so make sure that you have enabled the Password Manager and that some external cleanup software is interfering.
