Mozilla Site Login Not Working

Hi,

So the other day I wanted to send them 2 features they don't have that Chrome does, I went to login with 3 different e-mails & it wouldn't let me.

One of the e-mails didn't send me the "forgot p/w" e-mail, the other one did.

I changed the p/w & it STILL won't let me log in.

I tried to reset the p/w twice, & even wrote a post on their FB page, & nothing.

That's nuts. 2 or 3 technical issues.

Any ideas?

That's really not something we can help you with. This site is not linked with Mozilla's support site and the login data that works here is not the same as what you need to use there.

Are you referring to support.mozilla.org or one of several other *.mozilla.org sites

If support.mozilla.org then you need to already have an account where you put in account username and password for sign in. You do not put in email address for the username. Normally you would create an account when you post a new thread for first time at say https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/

Also if you were trying to use your "Firefox Account" details then it will not work either ...yet.

There is a EP2012 account at sumo https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/EP2012 that uses a email address with 2008.oib.com as part of the email.

I'm not the only one who has issues with their support or even finding the place to write support.
