Firefox crashed after update download. downloaded FF again and sync worked (recovered bookmarks, history, last session...) Then it crashed again and this time unable to get sync to work (it will start in a moment message... but nothing)
Any hope to recover data? I posted this on 06/02 firefox but never got any reply
How?
Thanks
Also can't figure out how to change password: Firefox says it's in "profile" but where is profile? or contact administrator but how?

If you are having the multiple profile problem that has been common recently, simply go the url in Firefox about:profiles . If you do this and it does not work you will have to undo it, so screenshot the current state before making changes. There may be more than one, one will be default. Try changing the default or doing "launch this profile" for the others and see if any have your data.

Any recent Sync logs available on the about:sync-log page?
