Is there a way to hide or block this, it keeps showing up. No biggie to get rid of but still . . . . .
Cannot move to overflow as it does not show up when in customize.

Try toggling the browser.messaging-system.whatsNewPanel.enabled pref.

Remove "What’s New" Gift Icon from Toolbar and Main Menu

Thanks, I'd already been using this to nuke it in the menu dropdown

/* Hide menu elements */

#appMenu-logins-button {display: none !important;}

#appMenu-whatsnew-button {display: none !important;}

Along with that ridiculous 'invitation' to advertise ones passwords logon line!
So you have to leave the desk in a hurry...and anyone can get to passwords in a couple of clicks, what am I missing, is that Security?
