RSS reader that integrates like the old Firefox's built-in

Is there an RSS reader that integrates to the browser to display RSS feeds automatically the way the old Firefox would display them automatically?
I don't use many RSS feeds, in fact the only one I use with any regularity is the one on Twisting The Hellmouth to check for updated fanfics that I am tracking, but I do use that one.

Basically, I'm asking if there is one that works with RSS feeds the way that Firefox can display PDFs in the browser just by clicking on them without launching Acrobat reader.
I've tried a couple, but I have to manually activate them as if they were independent programs. Opening the bookmark to TTH's RSS feed just displays a wall of text, rather than the organized feed I used to get before they dropped support.

If there is something special about TTH, then just let me know an easy way to open that one, as it's the only one I really use.

This is my tracked stories RSS feed, if it helps. ... 5032657060

As I've never had any use for a RSS Reader, I can't really assist.
Maybe try a few, such as this one?

I've been using Feedbro ( ... dbroreader). Once you're subscribed to a feed, the addon's icon on the toolbar will indicate new activity. Clicking it produces a pop-down from which you can either click the title of the post to go right to the site, or open the reader and view there - or go to the site from there. It takes a bit of setting up but I really like it. As it's the first I've used, I have nothing to compare it to though. I tried a TTH feed and it works nicely.
