On Costco.com yesterday, pressing the execute order button resulted in the screen practically blank/black. The screen stayed put until I refreshed the page. If whatever the website needed to do had gotten done by then the refreshed page reflected the correct status. If I guessed to soon the result was the page prior to having commenced the action.
Just now, on my Amazon Prime device page, after I selected a different default device and hit go, the screen went dark. I ended up taking care of the action using Chrome.
Is this a known problem?

Moving to Firefox Support as no specific bug has been identified here.
Since both of those situations require login with a user ID it's difficult to try to reproduce your experience. Have you tried starting Firefox in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Geeez, a rat learns after going through a maze a few times. I 'should' know by now to always try starting in safe mode to confirm the problem before posting !
