Search Bar Length is Too Short

When I Googled how to make the search bar longer I found this:
"Removing all symbols/extensions between the address- and search bar will let you customize it´s length. After that you can put the add ons back and the bars will keep their relative length. "

I did that but after I put the "reload" button back in between the two bars the search bar goes back to its short self leaving the url bar really long.
Any way I get get the bars to stay where I place them? Thank you.

Yep, I liked the download arrow between them (50%/50%)
Any button between reduces the SB size, more customization taken away (same in Safe Mode)
Guess we should enjoy the Search Bar before MozCo disappears it for 'security reasons'...

This worked. I made a chrome folder, etc and put the size at 600. Works for me! Thank you!
