Every time I update,FF disables all addons in private mode
When ublock is disabled,I get tons of annoying ads everywhere
How is that safer

Are you updating the extensions as well as the browser?

No,I only manually update them and there is no updates right now
I update firefox few minutes ago and I notest that my addons are disabled again in private mode

Check your Profile folder & see if you don't have some sort of numerically increasing named files.
(Not sure offhand where FF stores extension settings related to Private Browsing) but lets say they're in prefs.js (probably ? in extension*.* ?) then look for something like prefs.js, prefs-1.js, prefs-2.js, ... which might indicate a pe... but no, you're say on program update - not open open/close of FF...
Also check the dates (timestamp) of said file (pref.js or extension*.*, or whatever).

I have only one prefs.js file and the modified date is today

Opening and closing FF multiple times does noting,it happens only when I update firefox

No,the dates were "today" because I update some of the addons and change some settings
