When Firefox starts to download something, big blue arrow flies to extension bar.

How i can disable it?

I use now SingleFile extension and have auto-save enabled so there is way too many arrows flying around.

Try to remove the "Downloads" button from the toolbar.

Customize Firefox
http://support.mozilla.org/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars

You could remove the "Downloads" button's notification styling.

If the arrow isn't visible when not performing a download, try morat's suggestion after a small download .
Don't clear the history until after you try.

There are a couple preferences which may reduce Firefox's use of animations as a signal that something completed. You can try them individually or together as I assume they target different things. The more general ones are less surgical and may take away some fancy thing you find useful.

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.

(2) In the search box on the page, type or paste down and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the browser.download.animateNotifications preference to switch the value from true to false

Any difference with the download completed animation?

(4) In the search box on the page, type or paste cosm and pause while the list is filtered

(5) Double-click the toolkit.cosmeticAnimations.enabled preference to switch the value from true to false

Any difference with the download completed animation?

(6) The other preference needs to be created from scratch. See: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1291426
