Last night a number of extensions updated while I was in the middle of watching a YouTube video. Since then, a very specific action takes place. After watching a YouTube video, if I scroll down with the scroll wheel while the pointer is hovering over the video, then it will adjust the video's volume control--this only happens after a video has been started. If the video hasn't begun to play, then the page will scroll just fine. If it has, then this will happen whether a video has reached its end or if it's paused.
I have no idea where this came from, but I don't like the restriction it imposes upon me. Is this a browser feature? Did one of my now-disabled extensions prevent this from happening? Either way, how do I disable of it?
Add on updates give odd behavior with mouse and YouTube vol.

Well, I managed to find the culprit. One of my extensions, Magic Actions for YouTube, created a new feature of controlling the video's volume via scrolling and enabled it by default without telling me. I've resolved the issue by disabling it.

Not a problem; I wouldn't leave anyone hanging if I can help it.
