disabling per site for uploads

i know it's possible to disable the per-site download location with browser.download.lastDir.savePerSite, but is it also possible to this for uploads so i don't have to browse to the same location every time i try to upload something and it changes? the logical assumption of changing download to upload doesn't do anything.

That feature doesn't exist.

The browser.upload.lastDir and browser.upload.lastDir.savePerSite preferences were never implemented.

WebExtensions can't mess with content preferences.
