I have Plex (port 32400) and Emby (port 8096) media servers on the same box in my LAN. If the client's NIC has IPV6 enabled, Firefox reports "Forbidden" when trying to access either home page. Edge browser works w/o any modification.

Is this a Fx bug? Any knowledge of why Fx does this?

Looking at a couple of sites and descriptions it may be a security issue or it could be ipv6 is blocked due to preferences.
Iana has the 8095-8096 marked as unassigned. If memory serves this should have had the service name not unassigned which could also be the issue.
Since this port does not appear to be in use by Linux system it may be a Microsoft, Emby issue.
Might not be a Firefox issue?

Doesn't matter what you say, it's wrong for a toaster to walk around the house and talk to you

Maybe try to add these domains to the network.dns.ipv4OnlyDomains pref on the about:config page.
