Unusable most of the time

Hi guys,
I'm have issues with Firefox! I've been useing Firefox for over 15 years and never have had a problem untill now! The main problem seems to be Facebook related. Just to clear up a couple of things, If I use Microsoft Edge or another browser I have no problems..With Firefox on Facebook Videos stop after a few minutes or just hangs. A lot of the time a pop up comes up saying a programme is slowing down this web page and a lot of the time it just freezes up. I've un-in stalled and re installed and that never worked. I've tried in safe mode, and that also makes no difference, I've also cleared up the History/ cache and still have these problems. Looking for ideas and help.

Odd. I'm not seeing anything of the sort.
You've uninstalled and reinstalled but did that include removing the old profile and starting over with a new one?

How much memory is in the system involved?
Have you run any hardware tests to rule out any problems with memory chips? https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-test ... n-windows/

As I said I have no problems on other browsers so I'm pretty sure it's not a memory chip issue. I have added a new profile too.

That doesn't guarantee that there are no memory issues.

Still have problems with Firefox. No memory Issues, new profile, reset and got rid of all the history ect. Works perfect in Edge..Maybe just deleate Firefox after many years and just use Edge.
