Video streams keep stuttering and freezing, but audio is OK.

I've noticed since about 2 updates ago, almost all video streams freeze or stumble a few seconds after start and throughout the stream. However, the audio usually remains unaffected. I have a good high speed internet so that is probably not the problem.

I have set FF Performance to not use hardware acceleration and content limit to 3 for a previous similar complaint, which worked well for a while.
I have an old but relatively high end video card so dropping performance settings seemed counter intuitive.
In some streams where I can set resolution, going down a bit helps, but not always.

Are there any other FF settings, or even Windows 10 settings I should look at?

Are you talking about the (embedded) Youtube video & if so, which?

When you open the page, on the right, after a few seconds a video will appear. A lady will explain the SpaceX failures.

On my system the video freezes about 10 seconds in while the audio continues.
Moving the frame to the right will restart the video but then it freezes about 3 seconds later.
