Not seeing that here. Does the same thing occur if you launch the application in Mozilla Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_mode

Looks like a theme. Check your theme settings to see if the default is active, or if there is a custom one.

Thats part of a QR code possibly some sort of addon

Hello Dan

I made my homeworks!
I didn't try the safe mode but BobbyPhoenix suggested a theme issue.
I did change the theme for the "classic" one and reversed to normal.
Problem is gone!
