Hi,
Occasionally I use Support.com & all of a sudden FF wont allow support.com access my PC so they can work on my tech problem. Any one have an answer? Chrome allows access, rather use FF.
Regards,
cayuga

Is there a specific error message? If so, what is the message?

Hi jscher2000,
No particular msg. Their program downloads, installs. When when I enter their 6 digit security code, program won't link up. This problem is recent, it worked ok for many previous months with same ver of FF.
Chrome works, but I have SECURITY concerns.

It downloads a separate executable that you run outside of your browser? Sounds sketchy.cayuga wrote:Their program downloads, installs. When when I enter their 6 digit security code, program won't link up.

Oh, the page loads, but nothing downloads or installs? Web pages aren't allowed to access your computer, so there must be some other piece of the puzzle that is missing. An add-on, maybe?
