Why do Firefox always pop up download?

Referring to following download link, I would like to know on why Firefox always pop up download, but I confuse on what to download instead of seeing only text.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Not sure what your question is. There are images on the page. Are you looking for something else?

Firefox popup following message as shown below:
"Update available
Firebox couldn't update automatically. Download the new version - you won't lose saved information or customization."

Do you have any suggestions?

When I install, do I need to uninstall current Firefox? or install download file directly without uninstall current Firefox?
Do you have any suggestions?

You can uninstall but it's usually not necessary.

To remove the older version/installation:
Close all applications and reboot the computer.
Clear the browser cache (of whatever browser you are using to download FF) and the Windows Temp directory.
Download a new copy of the full installer from www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all
Delete the directory C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox (or it might be C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox if running a 32bit version)
Run the installer.
