YouTube - homepage videos moving while scrolling

Post by fireshadow »

I just got a new computer and I am seeing odd behavior with YouTube on their homepage.

When I first go to the page, there are blank squares where suggested videos should be right before a sectioned area of the page (such as Trending or C-19 News). As I scroll down the page, the videos will shift - the area circled in pink will shift to the area circled in red (and everything else shifts with it).

I have tried troubleshooting mode, but the same thing happens. I do not see this behavior on my old computer, and my new computer's Firefox profile is a copy of the old computer's profile. I also tried creating a new profile using Profile Manager, but the same thing happens. Both computers are Windows 10 with Firefox 93.0.

Facebook is acting weird too. I don't know if it is FF or the site.

I increased the zoom level for the YouTube page to 133% page and I no longer get the white spaces.
