Accidently deleted all cookies from FF 96

Accidently deleted all cookies from FF 96
Is there a way to restore deleted cookies? Where are the cookies stored? I can recover them from a backup if I know the name of the file and it's location.

My Search [where are cookies saved in Firefox].... says it's in your Profile in -- cookies.sqlite ..... which I see in mine.
