How Do I Disable KB Shortcuts & Closed Captioning on YT?

Hi guys.. is there a way to disable kb shortcuts and closed captioning permanently on youtube? Theyre very annoying.

There is an "Override keyboard shortcuts" setting in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions".

Does not work. I chose to block 'override kb shortcuts' according to your help and restarted ff. But sadly Kb shortcuts are still active
