In tools>setting>Cookies and Site Data I'm usually able to "clear all data" by pressing that button but after being infected by a trojan (already removed by antivirus) there is 8KB of data in "Cached Web Content" that won't delete no matter how many times I try to clear all data. I'm pretty sure I was able to remove everything before.
Does anyone know which cache folders can be cleared manually without problem, or how to find the persistent data. For example, in the Firefox profiles folder there is a folder called cache2, can that be emptied/removed?

Never mind. Refreshing Firefox fixed the problem.
