Hello,
Updated to Firefox 103.
I now have an unwanted and unasked for Firefox pop-over requesting me to click to access the page I wish to open at every page I attempt to access.
How do I rid myself of this nonsense ?
I wish Mozilla would ask permission before adding such "life-changing" features !
Regards
Jim

Re: Click to Open ...
Does this also happen if you restart in Safe Mode?
Fire 750, bring back 250.

Re: Click to Open ...
I've never used safe mode !
I've since discovered that this popover only comes up when I try to access a site which has sound in progress. But definitely started to happen after today's update to Firefox.
I access such sites constantly: Web-based radio receivers which have the audio running continuously. Either a popover with the 'play' symbol |> and a message to click to access <IP address> or a box saying 'click here to start sound.
Interestingly the sites concerned all have the form: http://kiwisdr.oh6ai.fi:8073/ and are all http:// sites, so it may be a security matter. You can try the site quoted to see what I mean.
Any ideas ?

Re: Click to Open ...
Sorry, I'm having great difficulty accessing this forum now. I keep getting 'Secure Connection Failed" going from a Thunderbird Email which points to a reply to this thread.
I'm increasingly lead to believe that this extra click has been implemented by the Kiwi system and not Firefox. Sorry, apologies Firefox !
I can access other http:// sites without the popover coming up.
FWIW HTTPS Only Mode is not implemented on this machine.
Thanks for your help. We'll see how it goes.
