Hi: For some reason I cannot connect to iHeart radio since yesterday. I cleared/cleaned everything in FF but it didn't help -- the "Connect" circle just keeps spinning forever. I looked at the security section and didn't see anything amiss. FF and W10 are up to date.
Audicy and independent stations stream just fine.
I tried MS Edge, and iHeart works fine.
iPhone: Safari works fine with iHeart, but using the FF browser I cannot get iHeart.
Alexa plays iHeart and others just fine. So the problem has to be in my laptop/browsers, or so it seems.
iHeart won't connect . . .

What does that mean? Just what did you clear/clean? Cookies, cache, site data? Have you tried Troubleshooting mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/di ... shoot-modeI cleared/cleaned everything in FF but it didn't help -

Yes, I cleared everything and also ran Advanced Uninstall's temp files cleaner, along with CCleaner.DanRaisch wrote:What does that mean? Just what did you clear/clean? Cookies, cache, site data? iHeart streams on the FF limp mode. So now what? It can't be fixed, so another "workaround" by eliminating an extension?

Ummm, Bruce L...
Did you use CCleaner to "clean" Firefox?
A FWIW...
CCleaner should not touch either Firefox or Thunderbird,
It's known to cause problems.
Best to let both programs take care of themselves.
---------------------------------------------------------------
"Limp mode = Safe Mode." I think he means.
Just restart Firefox & try iHeart again.
