Something crazy just started happening a few hours ago and I have no clue what is causing it.
When a page is loaded it is coming up as a tiny 3"x6" window (or thereabouts).
In addition I noticed near the top of the screen (but below FF's folders) is the following:
Responsive 1314 x 816 (screen rotation icon) DPR: 1 No throttling (hand icon)
Can someone please explain what is going on?

Re: Screen re-sizing...
That means that you have opened the page in responsive design mode (RDM).

Thanks Dick.
I'm not sure how I entered that mode.
OK I'm not quite there yet.
When I used the hotkeys: Ctrl-Shft-M I was able to release the mode.
But I opened a few more tabs and it works in some but not all !!!
Is there a way to disable it permanently?

Re: Screen re-sizing...
(I wonder what telemetry tells them regarding the usage of RDM?
I wonder how many "normal" users know of, much less have ever used it?
I didn't know.
And yet, they assign a hotkey for that action.
Go figure?
I can see for a #dev version, or if there were some Pref to disable it... ?
I'm not sure, but Ctrl+Shift+M, might be a New Message hotkey in Thunderbird?
So if you use TB & you use FF...)
This is old, so I don't know if still accurate, You can only disable access to all developer tools.?
(As it is, I'm apt to mix up Ctrl+Shift+B between SeaMonkey - open Private Window, & FF - toggle Bookmarks Toolbar.)
