FF 103.0.1 Tabs on Bottom? (Linux)

I have not had to deal with this for a few years.

Is it still possible to move the tabs to the bottom?
Can someone direct me to the instructions if it is still possible?

It is no longer possible except with appropriate code in userChrome.css.

You need to set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true on the about:config page to enable userChrome.css and userContent.css in the chrome folder.
