Hello,
Some websites present with an error message as in: "Access Denied
You don't have permission to access."
What will fix this annoyance?

Check your anti tracking software.
Try suspending it and see if you can get to the site.
I use Ghostery and tried suspending it and I was able to get UPS tracking. Once I got there I clicked on "Trust This Site" and didn't have the "Access Denied" problem again.

If it's the page with a Reference number, this is the site's perimeter security system ("Web Application Firewall") blocking your request because it is considered suspicious in some way. That could be sharing an IP address with bots (possible issue with VPNs), missing/unusual headers, odd user agent, or other indications.

Thanks to both of you for the input but please note that this thread died almost 18 months ago as the OP never responded.
