troubleshoot mode?

I am having problems with accessing a website with FF 110.0.1. No problems in "troubleshoot mode" (TSM). OK, so I turn off all extensions, and turn off hardware acceleration and get out of TSM. I'm still using my default theme. Still can't get to the website! So what exactly is TSM doing BEYOND turning off extensions, stopping hardware acceleration, and going back to a default theme?
