Is there an extension for YouTube homepage settings?

About three days ago, YouTube altered their homepage so that there are only 3 videos per row instead of five and that the last video that the cursor passes over preview plays regardless of touch time. I've gone into the website's settings, but I can't find anything to put it back the way it was and none of the extensions that I could immediately find work along the lines of how I want them to.
