Security verification failure

We recommend Firefox to all our customers; however over the last month there have been some fresh issues where customers can't "Log on". This happens with TalkTalk, Bank Santandar and others where security verification is required. Netflix was also seen to have this issue although we now find the problem with Netflix has been corrected.
Using EDGE is the quick solution:
We think the problem relates to web site changes and Firefox security. Web pages loop after logging on, or fail to redirect to the verification website during payment, suggesting Firefox is not allowing the connection.
Customer have reported previously using Firefox successfully to complete the transaction or log on to the service.
Any constructive solutions in the pipeline?

(When replying please bear in mind the usual steps such as clear cache, history, refresh browser, create another FF account, check firewall etc have been tried. This is happening with different customers on different PCs. The common factor is when logging on to a secure website.)

Just a thought - some of these issues could be to re-directs, connection time-outs or also number of connections exceeding allowed caused by increased amounts of trackers, advertising or just scrapers.
You might try increasing the number of of connections allowed or time allowed for connection timeouts but neither would be acceptable in a perfect world.

firefox's "enhanced tracking protection," with its blocking of "fingerprinters," could be causing a problem, interfering with being able to log in to some websites. so you could try disabling the blocking of "fingerprinters."

if the people are using the "noscript" browser-extension, it could be that they need to allow scripting for some of the URL's that are being used by the websites.
