Any way to get rid of "Close all other tabs?"

I don't need this dang thing, and keep clicking on it by mistake instead of "Close Tab."

I tried ContextEdit but it couldn't help.

There should be an easy way to edit or delete items within drop down boxes, no?

Tabbrowser extension has an EDIT CONTEXT MENU item where you can deselect items you wish not to see

With TBE you will only have the same item once more!
