Saving Proxy username and password

How can I save Proxy username and password in Firebird like Internet Explorer?
Is the same possible with Mozilla?

to add to this..is there a way to KEEP the setting? The proxy I go through continually re-prompts for the username and password (especially annoying if a page I'm visiting contains nested frames - like my domains Horde server)
