can I prompt to submit insecure form data?

I'd like to be prompted before submitting insecure form data. I don't see this anywhere in the options. can I set it in the prefs file?

Not sure if this helps:

Go to Options> Advanced> Certificates and clicked Ask Every Time.

(I'm not sure if this is what you want)

Type about:config in the address bar as if it was a regular URL
Type submit in the Filter field
Change the value of security.warn_submit_insecure to true
