missing .xul file

I keep getting this message whenever I try to download skins for winamp...it has affected other downloads as well but have ignored this irritating problem for awhile cause it doesn't affect the overall performance of the browser. The message is as follows "the file/content/editor.xul cannot be found. Check location and try again." I feel it may be an easily fixed problem but I'm new to the compu world. Any help would be appreciated.
