Firebird not displaying pages

I'm having difficulty seeing certain pages, namely www.forteantimes.com, www.majorgeeks.com and www.gamespy.com. Firebird doesn't seem to like their adverts, in the status bar it always stalls when trying to load something ad.adverts.com or or images.forteantimes.com and consequently the pages don't load at all. Is there a setting to fix this? Has anyone else had the same problem?

The second two links work fine for me (no stalling), but the first one can't be found.

This link works however:

http://www.forteantimes.com/

I think you have a comma in the wrong place (after the "com").

No, i put the comma there as part of the sentence structure, the URL is correct. It's the adverts or the loading of images that seem to be causing a problem. Looks like it's only me who's having trouble though.
